Hi, at last i hav the chance to write sumthing on this blog.

well the topic says it all..motherhood.. basically, from pantang till now this is my current 24/7 job..mothering my child - aryssa as well as doing wife duty to my beloved husband.

A baby needs 3 things to be ok..otherwise, u'll be bombarded with endless cranky, crying baby..if all needs are fulfilled, ur baby is ur sweetheart..well, other than ur husband..

1. milk, milk and more milk please!

 - At 2 months old, aryssa's craving for milk is more than usual..just imagine in 1 sitting she could bottle up till 120mls in 15 min, of course after drinking, baby needs to be burped! so in a day, she needs her breakfast, lunch and dinner plus supper to make her happy baby.. thats roughly 120x4 plus 40mls of milk for supper. pls2 dont give all 120mls in 1 sitting, what i do is give it half first then if ur baby still wants more then just pour the other half..easy!this is the common complaint i receive frm patient coming to clinic.."anak saya muntah2 lepas dpt susu"..then dh bg byk baby pun muntah la..try for urself and see how u act to it! sian baby

2. diaper - full diaper is not good.better check whats the hidden treasure if she starts becoming restless 

3. Good bath time and massage - baby loves good bath and body massage after that.
- As for aryssa, we bought her small bath tub and a secure seat so that she could enjoy her bath more. she doesnt mind cold or warm water to be honest..better train her now wif the cold water..

- for massage, i use baby oil or olive oil, warm it first in ur hand then massage,try google the various ways to massage ur baby..if baby likes it, she wont cry during that session. plus, its the 2nd best time for u to bond wif baby, makes both of u happy..happy mums means more breastmilk!!

hah..i think thats it for today..feel like browsing the online shopping site for now daa

introducing aryssa hannan bt khairul shafiq

Salam. Its been a while again.wanted to write before but I was quite bz doing locum in clinics..so this blog left without any updates. This blog has been my blog since we got married..last entry from my husband has been ages. But since I hv more free time..I will write more..coz I love reading bck the entries during my free time.. So, wer tostart.. We welcome our first child on the eve of eid..born on 1st shawal 2013 at 1130pm..itwas a tough battle to get this missy out but it was all worth it..skin to skin moment was awesome!! I totally forgot a-must-do thing b4 going to labour room which was to groom ur private area...huhu...we were quite bz traveliing from perak to kl then to klantan the same day..so I was exhausted to do the grooming..the labour pains started from 3pm..then I was fully 30min b4 baby was born.. We decided on the name, only 1 word okayy..but in the end umi I wanted to pair it up wif sumthing else..so we named her Aryssa Hannan which means bright, beautiful star in heaven..mama & abah doakan smoga jd anak solehah..nnt besa leh teman mama baking, shopping and kemas rumah k.. Currently, im in pantang day 30, im over moon wif my bebe.. aryssa growing bigger and healthier wif my susu..***IM SOOO PROUD!!Not to mention im paid 3 months to pantang..horrayyy..so im gonna use this golden opportunity to express my milk byk2..alhamdulillah..1st attempt dpt laa 80mls..then 60 then after mkn kurma I got 120mls..yahooo..baby is happily sleeping, but waking hourly to feed. ? In the pudding club..

Alhmdulillah..alhamdulillah..its been a while since last update..

Im in my 4th posting..doing ortho currently.very chilled out in ortho...wif less pts..im really enjoying my life here.

Early dec this year..abah had organised a family trip to bandung and jakarta..bandung is indeed a shopping heaven..spent lots of money buying telekung n seluar kerja...the padang menu was very good as well..really2 enjoyed my 4 days getaway...altho it was short but really it was an eye opener to experience indo cultures..


During that trip..i was hoping to hv my regular period..so that life can be continued as usual..but it was late..soo weird...

Ive always had regular periods..never wud miss it..

So i took my frens advice and did upt..in case im pregnant....went to toilet..peeing..collected it..then dropped 3 micro pee into the place wer u suppose to put the droplets...n wait..i was actually kinda knew what was the results would b and so i acted cool...suddenly after 1 min..it was positive...my god!!!

Alhamdulillah..dgn ketentuanNya ak dh selamat menjadi isteri shafiq..

Dh in my 2nd posting..finished paeds..now will be starting obs n gynae next...bismillahitawakkaltu ala Allah..

Being around him felt so natural to me..doesnt matter wut we are doing...everything falls to its places...im so comfortable wif him...and its like we cud read each other's thought..as tho im an open book for him to read...i remember when we were in his kampung..both of us wanted to buy some sate...then in my mind i thot that i wud be nice if we cud sit down in that warung n enjoy watermelon laychee...then..as tho he cud read my thoughts he ordered watermelon laychee for me..so cool..i love u swithat..this small2 thing really meant something to me...

Now im at home ganti puasa...tonight im thinking of doing something for him..maybe ayam masak merah since im not b able to cook for him tomorrow...so i plan to stock some food..not forgetting a dessert!!

A reminder to myself..i actually had to finish paeds on friday but reluctant to start new posting on saturday..so i took 2 days off b4 the end of my.posting 12/7-13/7..then on sat n sunday..my name no longer in the rota but i told team leadee that i havent finish my book..so kne extend kat paeds 2 days..so worth it!

Alhamdulillah after hardships come the reliefs

Its been awhile since the last entry..lots of things have changed! gosh..i dontknw where to start..hopefully by writing this entry will help me or rather guide me in the future...

So, alhamdulillah, we've made it as couple..officially it was on 26th of Aug..during fasting month..and yes, i was the one asking him 'did something happen btwen us',.b4 that date, everything was history, now that we are together thats all matters...

After that, things got serious as we started talking about the next steps. for me, theres no harm for us to continue eventhough we've just started the relationship..coz ive known him for 5 years now,,alhamdulillah, Allah has made it easier for us each day..

so on the 15/9/11, we decided to meet hihihi for our very first (official) date in klsentral. he was late...which wasnt expected. then we had coffee (i had hot choc) due to unsettled stomach in starbuck..b4 meeting his bestfren prop..lol...(cite aa sikit)

then we started our date with the ring hunting..we went to prop's uncle shop..jual brg kemas

then pegi jln tar pas cm penat tgk cincin lol -- beli kain kat mayasilk after psychoed by jakel kakak, had gastritis again during the process..i was dying for ppi!!

then dpt kain, we went to klcc -- to pray..then i saw habib, i said to him why not kte masuk n tgk je..altho it was random, but definitely Allah had planned this for us..we found the ring in habib klcc..lol!
